While MCORM are synonymous with Residential design we have completed and are currently engaged in a number of Mixed Use schemes ,such as Charlemont Street Regeneration, which include 200,000 sq ft of Grade A Office and Retail . We have also completed a range of Office Fit Out Projects for a number of our existing clients.

The scale of many of our residential schemes trigger a requirement for local services and amenities to be included which has given us the opportunity to design Neighbourhood Centres , community meeting places, cafes and leisure facilities.

Recently MCORM have taken a strategic decision to expand their involvement in the Commercial Sector .

As part of this strategy Brian O’Neill has joined MCORM to head up our Commercial Projects Sector having spent 15 years as Director and Head of the Commercial Interiors and Workplace Design Sector in a leading Architectural Practice..
