A new development of 99 Apartments over basement carpark and 1 Townhouse on a 0.96 Hectare site which sits between St. Raphaelas School and the adjacent park. The apartment are laid out in two 5/6 blocks which are set out in a curved configuration which provides an appropriate response to the surrounding context.
The development is model for sustainability both in terms of land and energy use. A density of 40 units per acre was achieved due to proximity to the Luas. Each apartments is provided with heat recovery and is heated through a district CHP system.
